Nirali Rathwa
Nirali Rathwa is a Venture Manager in the Health Stream at the Creative Destruction Lab. Before joining the lab, she completed her PhD in biochemistry at The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, India. Her doctoral research focused on evaluating diabetic genetic markers in the human population and assessing combination therapy in the animal model. She strongly advocates and supports women in STEM, female founders and PhDs/Postdocs’ transition from academic to alternative careers.
