Dafina Bekaj is the Cost Controller at Creative Destruction Lab.

Before moving to Canada early in 2019, Dafina worked for 6 years as the Finance and Administrative Manager with the Yunus Social Business (YSB) Global Initiative, based in Tirana, Albania. Prior to YSB Dafina worked as an Accounting/Project Manager for an accounting firm located in Colorado, U.S.A. In addition, Dafina worked for 4 years for a microfinance institution in Kosovo.

Dafina holds a bachelor and an MBA in Accounting and Finance.
