Director of Network Operations

As Director of Network Operations, Chloe focuses on technology projects across the Creative Destruction Lab’s global network, including strategic initiatives to support operational excellence and rapid scaling, enterprise software implementation and product development, including for the CDL Rapid Screening Consortium.
Chloe has demonstrated abilities in growing companies through well-thought-out strategic initiatives, developing and managing a rich ecosystem of partners and collaborators, and articulating a clear, concise message for a local and international audience. As vice-president of partnerships for C2, an international creativity and commerce business conference founded by Cirque du Soleil and Sid Lee, Chloe identified and developed business relationships with companies of all sizes and sectors. She also spearheaded government relations and funding for the not for profit organisation. Previously, strategy and government relations advisor at EDC, Canada’s export bank and political advisor in the government of Quebec.

Chloe holds a bachelor of business administration from HEC Montreal, a MSc Diplomacy and trade from Monash University in Australia and a MSc Comparative Politics from the London School Economics. Currently studying Public Leadership at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government.
