Aymeric Penven

Director, CDL-Paris

Aymeric is the Director for CDL-Paris. After initial master’s degrees in Industrial Engineering and Materials Science from Arts & Métiers ParisTech and Shanghai Jiao Tong University, he then pivoted to the world of food by studying Culinary Arts, and working as a chef in Michelin-starred restaurants. He later reconciled craft and science with master’s degrees in Culinary Innovation and Leadership from Institut Paul Bocuse, Haaga-Helia University, and Stavanger University, to work in food product development, in food behaviour research, and in innovation consulting. Before joining CDL, Aymeric had been part of the Station F launch team to build and manage its FoodTech accelerator and has since been working for HEC Paris to help scale its entrepreneurship programs.
