Shelley Zhuang

Founder, Eleven Two Capital

Shelley Zhuang is founder and managing partner at Eleven Two Capital, an early-stage fund investing in breakthrough technology startups in enterprise technologies, smart hardware, and health. Prior to founding Eleven Two Capital, Shelley was a Principal at Draper Fisher Jurvetson, where she focused on IT and cleantech investments. In prior lives, Shelley conducted research in peer-to-peer networks and wireless communications at the International Computer Science Institute and University of California-Berkeley and was a Software Engineer at Microsoft Corporation and NASA Goddard Space Flight Center. She holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from University of California-Berkeley with minors in Intellectual Property Law and Statistics.
