Matt has been creating and executing growth plans for over 25 years and is active with early stage companies in Atlantic Canada.

Matt has an extensive background in telecom where he was President of the Atlantic Region for Rogers Communications and President of Eastlink Wireless. At Eastlink, he led the wireless business from inception though growth at scale.

He was also COO of Cape Privacy (formerly Dropout Labs), a privacy-preserving machine learning start-up.

Formerly, Matt was Corporate Development Officer for the Bragg Group where he headed M&A activities and growth planning for portfolio companies.

Matt holds a BComm from Dalhousie University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
