Kim leads Product, Revenue, and Marketing initiatives at PlentyOfFish (POF), a Vancouver-born online dating platform that was successfully acquired by Match Group for $575 million in 2015. As the third employee at POF and part of the executive team, Kim was instrumental in growing core KPIs, like daily active users from 1 million to over 4 million and revenue from $10 million to over $100 million. Outside of POF, she currently serves as an advisor to Flytographer, Apollo, Responsive Capital Management, and Headland Capital Partners.
Kim’s expertise lies in growth hacking, digital marketing, and business development having held managerial positions at Global Securities and Offeron. She holds a Masters degree in International Business from University of New South Wales.
