Kelsie Johnston is a diversity professional who specializes in the inclusion of Indigenous youth in post-secondary education. As a project coordinator with Creative Destruction Lab (CDL) she is responsible for the high school girls program, with an aim of diversifying the students that work with CDL. Prior to joining CDL Kelsie was the Aboriginal Liaison Officer for Humber College. Recipient of the Humber Aboriginal Cultural Leadership award for her work in Indigenous Advocacy. Her educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in development studies and sociology and a post graduate in international development.
