Geoff Mair

Geoff Mair is an accomplished Software Industry Executive with a 20-year proven track record for leading innovative, strategic and successful product initiatives at both startups and large-scale software companies.

Geoff was formerly CTO and Founder of Partnerpedia Software Inc. where he defined the product strategy and led engineering in the development of Partnerpedia AppZone, the industry leader in private mobile application management (MAM) app stores. Geoff founded the company in 1997, bootstrapped it as custom software development shop to 60+ employees and then transitioned the company to product development in 2008. Partnerpedia was acquired by the market leader in IT Service Management, BMC Software, in 2013 and Geoff was responsible for leading the company through the M&A process to a successful exit.

Geoff has been recognized numerous times for his work in the industry including being selected for Business in Vancouver’s 40 Under 40 Awards and receiving UC Magazine’s Product of the Year award in 2011 for Partnerpedia Marketplace.

He has a Masters of Science in Journalism (MSJ) from Northwestern University and a BA Philosophy from the University of British Columbia. He holds several patents for his previous technology design work in the areas of software driven marketplaces, app stores and field service management software.
