Geoff Flood is the Tech Advisory Leader in Atlantic Canada for MNP LLP. MNP is the fifth largest and fastest growing Professional Services firm in Canada and the Technology Solutions arm of MNP is the fastest growing part of its business. MNP is now expanding quickly in Atlantic Canada.

Geoff is the founder and builder of T4G Limited, an IT professional services firm that has built data-driven solutions for many of North America’s most recognizable brands. Geoff was instrumental in T4G remaining at the forefront of IT Professional Services firms in Canada for almost 25 years. In May 2020, T4G was acquired by MNP LLP and Geoff continues his passion for delivering game-changing solutions while also driving the growth of the MNP Technology practice in Atlantic Canada.

Previously, Geoff was Chief Information Officer of Dylex Limited – a large multidivisional specialty retailer operating in Canada and the U.S. Prior to joining Dylex, Geoff held the position of Information Systems Officer for George Weston Limited. Earlier he was responsible for strategic and corporate planning and financial reporting for Weston. Geoff’s experience, thought leadership, and robust knowledge of technology, finance and investment strategy led to the creation of T4G Limited in 1996.

Geoff is actively involved in several boards and not-for-profit organizations. He has a specific interest in philanthropic organizations that have a track record of helping children succeed. He founded the Future Focus Foundation, whose fundraising efforts have benefitted organizations such as Pathways to Education, Portage and the Hospital for Sick Children. He is a past-President of the New Brunswick Information Technology Council, co-Chairman of the Premier’s Advisory Council on Technology and Chairman of the NB Research and Innovation Council. Geoff has an MBA in Finance from Queen’s University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from St. Francis Xavier University.
