Francesco Bova is an Associate Professor of Accounting at the University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management. He received his Ph.D. from Yale University. Francesco has diverse research interests, and has published his work in journals from a variety of management disciplines including accounting, finance, marketing, operations, and international business. Francesco has received a number of fellowships and awards including the Joseph Cabral Distinguished Scholar and Fellow Award, which is awarded to an emerging scholar who has made a notable research contribution in the area of broad-based employee ownership. Francesco teaches business analysis and valuation at Rotman, and is a former recipient of the Dean’s Award for Excellence in Teaching and the GBC Instructor Award for Full-Time Core Courses.
