Dan Wilson
Dan Wilson is a partner at KPMG and leads a national team that provides audit, tax, M&A, and other services to the technology sector. Based in Toronto, Dan has worked closely with many of Canada’s largest technology and telecom companies and most successful emerging and growth-stage companies for the past 20 years, as well as the investors and corporate partners that support them. He also advises a number of leading international technology and telecom companies on emerging financial reporting matters.
Dan plays a lead role in KPMG’s efforts in supporting and promoting the Canadian technology ecosystem, including being a founding partner and advisor to The C100 Association, an advisor to Rotman’s Creative Destruction Lab, and a corporate partner to the Vector Institute. He also pays it forward by supporting other organizations including the Ontario Science Centre, SickKids, and MusiCounts.
Dan holds a FCPA, CA, and an HBA from the Ivey School of Business.
