Chad Anderson is the founder and managing partner of Space Capital, a seed-stage venture capital firm with $100 million under management. He also serves on several boards including the Space Catapult in the UK where he supports the national strategy to grow the space sector in the country. Chad also volunteers as a board member of the Explorers Club, a non-profit that promotes the scientific exploration of land, sea, air, and space. He is also a member of the User Advisory Committee for the International Space Station U.S. National Lab in Washington. Prior to his current roles, Chad enjoyed a successful career at JP Morgan Chase where he managed a $50 billion real estate portfolio through the Great Recession. He holds an MBA from the University of Oxford with a focus on entrepreneurship and innovation.
