Stacey is an innovative leader with broad and deep expertise in digital transformation and artificial intelligence across multiple industries. She is a customer experience expert who understands consumer behaviour and adoption and she has successfully designed, scaled, and optimized multiple businesses using data-driven marketing models. Stacey is known as a pragmatic strategist with strong operational experience as a P&L owner. She brings a multi-faceted perspective from her executive experience as a GM, CMO, and Strategy function lead across financial services, telecom and life and health insurance. Stacey also has experience as both an Advisor and Board member working with start-ups and not-for-profits to achieve strategic objectives.
Stacey was most recently Chief Marketing Officer for Manulife Canada. As part of her mandate, she led the creation and scaling of the Advanced Analytics & AI function for Manulife’s Canadian business units. Stacey has also held executive roles with: Rogers Communications and ING Direct. She began her career as a consultant with McKinsey & Co. Stacey holds an MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau France and an HBA from the Ivey School of Business at University of Western Ontario.
