Jason is the Founder & CEO of the How to Change the World social enterprise; co-founder and Director of We Make Change social enterprise; a Managing Partner at Decision Partners LLP (UK); adviser & Chief Science & Tech Officer at ArcTern Ventures; and an Associate Professor at University College London (UCL). From 2013-2018 he was the Founding Head of UCL’s Department of Science, Technology Engineering and Public Policy where he remains a member of faculty.

Jason’s experience spans quantum physics research; Silicon Valley tech development; sustainability, technology & innovation policy; and higher education innovation & leadership. Jason currently serves an advisory board member for a range of organisations including MIT IDSS, Carbon XPRIZE and ISSP at UofOttawa, and has authored over a dozen patents and more than 100 academic & policy publications. He has previously taught at, led research at and provided policy advice from universities and think tanks such as Harvard, Oxford, the Centre for International Governance Innovation and the International Institute for Applied Systems Analysis.
