Prof. Krubasik holds a PhD in nuclear physics from Karlsruhe Institute of Technology and an MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau. He has served for 10 years on the Siemens Executive Board responsible for the Industrial and Mobility Businesses and Central Technology, often in charge of mergers and turn-arounds. He also has served as President of ZVEI(Electrical Industry Association/Frankfurt, Orgalime (EU Engineering Industries)/Brussels, DPG(German Physical Society)/Berlin. Earlier he was Director at McKinsey & Company, Inc. where he has been leading the Global Innovation and Technology Practice.

He has served in many non-executive director positions in Germany, France, Belgium, Sweden, Norway, USA, Japan. Has also served as advisor for startup companies and is a juror for the annual Bavarian Business Plan Competition. He has been teaching at Technical University of Munich for many years, at INSEAD/Fontainebleau in MBA and International Directors’ Programs, at Fudan at Tongji University/Shanghai and at TUM Asia/Singapore.
