The Creative Destruction Lab (CDL) is a not-for-profit seed-stage program for massively scalable, science-based companies. Its nine-month program pairs founders with experienced entrepreneurs and investors to set focused, measurable objectives to maximize equity value creation. Founded in 2012 at the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto, the program has expanded with locations in Vancouver, Calgary, Montreal, Halifax, Oxford, Paris, Atlanta, and Madison. Since its inception, companies that have participated in the CDL program have created more than $7.5 billion (CAD) in equity value.
The CDL-Technology team develops solutions using the Salesforce platform to optimize business processes and improve stakeholder engagement.
Summary of position
Under the Technology Lead’s direction, The Salesforce Administrator will lead the ongoing development of our Salesforce.com deployment. The successful candidate will have a record of success in improving processes and adoption using the Force.com platform. The administrator will work closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify develop and deploy new business processes, including Fundraising, Marketing, Outreach and core program business processes. The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for executing the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our CRM platform.
