The Creative Destruction Lab (CDL) is a nonprofit organization that delivers an objectives-based program for massively scalable, seed-stage, science- and technology-based companies. CDL was founded in 2012 at the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto, and has expanded to ten sites globally as of 2021. CDL-Global is based in Toronto at the Rotman School of Management.
As a Program Coordinator, you will be a key member of the CDL-Global Programs team and work to support and execute programming. This includes (but is not limited to) CDL MBA Course, Pedagogy Portfolio, CDL Session execution, Apprentice Program, and academic initiatives. In addition to your primary responsibilities, you may be assigned special projects and allocated to support CDL site operations.
This position normally works Monday to Friday, 8:45 A.M. to 5:00 P.M, 7.25 hours per day (36.25 hours per week), although extended or alternative hours (evenings and weekends) will be required based on the needs of CDL-Global.
Salary: $60,000 (on an annualized basis)
Term: 6-months contract
