Location: Haskayne School of Business, Main Campus
The Creative Destruction Lab Rockies in the Haskayne School of Business invites applications for a Administrative Coordinator. This Full-time Fixed Term position is for approximately 6 months (based on length of grant funding), with the possibility of extension.
This position will provide administrative support to the Creative Destruction Lab, Rockies (CDL-Rockies) staff and CDL-Global with respect to the organization of schedules, the booking and coordination of meetings, travel and conferences, the development and dissemination of meeting agendas and associated documentation, onboarding support, clerical work, logistics support, and event support. The incumbent will work closely with staff in at Haskayne and the UCalgary as it relates to expense reconciliation (T&E Cards, PCards) and reporting, invoice and budget matters. In addition, s/he will support the CDL-Rockies Team in the development of reports and presentations. The incumbent will also provide administrative support in the design and development of reports, presentations and written correspondence.
